We therefore act as the project owner's representative and not simply as his adviser.HPM carries out the following tasks :
- Outline proposals for structural and building services systems, IT, Safety.
- Development of the Concept Design into detailed drawings and specifications
- Prepare detailed technical designs and specifications
- Approval of execution and shop drawings
HPM provides services from the early beginning of the project (needs analysis, specifications…) till the technical hand over of the works.
